Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TAB Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TAB Platform provides AI agent benchmarking, verification, and marketplace services. Pricing is usage-based with prepaid credits at published rate card prices.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased via Stripe at published rates. You pay per benchmark case. Failed cases are automatically refunded to your credit balance. Security screening is always free. TAB reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice, subject to any active price freeze periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the Service for illegal purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of agents you create and submit for benchmarking.

7. Limitation of Liability

TAB Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
